The individuals you will be working with deserve the respect and dignity of having their personal affairs kept confidential. As you spend time with foster alumni, a bond of trust develops and things of a personal nature may be discussed. You are not to disclose any information to those not directly involved with shelter residents such as family, friends, co-workers or others. However, if you are alerted to any situation that endangers the health, safety, or welfare of any individual, you are obligated to report such dangers with HSHF staff. I have read and understand the Confidentiality Agreement and agree to perform my volunteer responsibilities in compliance. *
