We Take Our Youths Needs Seriously

HomeSweetHome Foundations' mission is to transition aged-out foster youth between ages 16-26 into adulthood by providing housing needs, financial literacy, mental health aid, and connection to resources. We are a not-for-profit organization that relies on volunteers and the generosity of American donors.

We’re ecstatic to announce our partnership with Horizon Goodwill Industries. We are bringing you the Feather Box program.

“The purpose of #HSHF is to teach our youth how to become independent, financially literate, and express themselves in a safe space. We aid aged-out foster youth because I was once a foster youth who grew up without these necessities. Most youths have experienced homelessness, from couch surfing to living in their cars (as have I). Youth contribute to the increasing homeless population. If we can start from when they are about to enter the world, we can bridge the gap between childhood and adulthood.”
